U.S organizations spent $ 164.2 billion on employee learning and development(2012), according to the just-released findings of ASTD’s 2013 State of the Industry report sponsored by skill soft and the CARA Group, Inc.

The date reported in the World Economic Group support the conclusion that organizations investment in training and development is at healthy level compared with years past.
